Cell Battery is one of the Items in Impact Winter. It can be found inside some buildings in the Void.
It can also be aquired by disassembeling some of the electronics ex. smartphone. only known way is when a question mark (?) apears over a character, usally Christoph, where he asks if he should break the laptop,smartphone,pda extra. no known way to activate this event on purpose.
